3D Virtual Walk Throughs... The New Norm?

I've been keeping an eye on this software for over a year now. I always have to weigh the pros and cons and make sure that things are compatible, mobile friendly and easy to use. This technology is all of that and more. Matterport 3D allows you to take full 3D scans of every inch of your home and present it to the public so that they can walk through as if they are there in person. It also creates a full wire frame of the entire home so that you can view the layout as if looking into a dollhouse from above. The walk through can be viewed on any computer or mobile device and now can be viewed using a VR headset like Gear VR or similar devices by Google. This takes previewing homes to the next level!! I am constantly seeing Realtors post listings with no pictures at all or in some cases very few. Some photos are blurry or taken too close or too far away.
